// What We Do
Connecting People. Growing Capacity. Driving Change.
Partnering across California to strengthen families, support communities, and prevent child abuse before intervention is needed.
// What We Do
Technical Assistance. Learning Communities. Statewide Collaboration.
Strategies TA helps California’s child- and family-serving systems grow stronger through customized technical assistance, collaborative learning spaces, and movement-building opportunities that center equity, community voice, and sustainable systems change.
We partner with counties, Child Abuse Prevention Councils (CAPCs), FRCs, and community-based organizations across the state to build resilient networks that prevent child abuse and neglect—before systems of intervention are needed.
Strengthening California’s CAPC Network Through Collaboration and Support
Supporting the Statewide CAPC Network
Strategies TA plays a central role in strengthening California’s network of Child Abuse Prevention Councils (CAPCs) by fostering shared learning and strategic collaboration. We provide dedicated support to the CAPC Steering Committee, offering facilitation, thought partnership, and logistical coordination to ensure their leadership guides the broader prevention movement. Through statewide convenings, peer learning communities, and tailored technical assistance, we help elevate local innovation, align efforts with statewide goals, and create space for CAPCs to connect, reflect, and lead together.
